Silvermill Group has been caring for the Environment even before it became a commercial enterprise in 2007. Our desiccated coconut plants moved away from fossil fuel several decades ago by replacing furnaceoil with coconut Shells to power its boilers thereby lowering its "CARBON FOOT PRINT" significantly.

The organization has been engaged in Organic Farming for many years. Certified organic coconut plantations under its supervision do not use any chemical fertilizer, pesticides or insecticides that can cause water pollution. Further animal husbandry such as the use of cattle and sheep manure is used in these plantations as alternative to environmentally hazardous chemicals.

Waste water recovery units stationed at all Silvermill manufacturing sites ensure that the environment is not polluted from 'unclean' water.
